How? Boil the edamame for 3-4 minutes and add about two teaspoons of salt in the water. When the edamame is boiled and in a bowl, sprinkle on a little more salt for extra flavour. Eat with: I find that blueberries go perfectly with banana, so try this – Buy some Greek Style yoghurt, chop up a banana and sprinkle blueberries on top. Then add honey. Perfect for a light breakfast or healthy afternoon snack.
Fun fact: July is National Blueberry month in America and is celebrated with Blueberry Festivals which promote blueberry muffins, pancakes, pies, shortcake and ice cream.
